Cherryl
has a natural affinity and passion for personal coaching. People
develop confidence in her quickly, due to her sincerity and the
articulate and professional manner in which she presents herself
and her programs.

When I think
of a personal professional coach, I want someone who has experience
in a leadership role, a good listener and someone who exudes professionalism.
Also, the knowledge a coach imparts should be clear and practical,
the information gained is transferable and can be immediately applied
to ones daily living. Cherryl embodies all that has been described
above.
Mitzi King, (former position) Senior Human Resources Manager Ameritech Advanced Data Solutions
It
is my pleasure to recommend Cherryl Thames from Hidden Treasures
Coaching and Training, LLC, as a personal coach and trainer for
your individual or corporate needs.
Cherryl and I have worked together on several projects in various
venues over the years. I have found her to be professional in her
data collection and situational analysis, willing to listen and
offer ideas and strategies, and attentive to details and follow-up.
She brings to each assignment a wealth of on-the-job experience
and communicates her message with an open, honest communication
style which she tailors to her varying audiences. Her playful approach
to problem-solving and teambuilding captures the attention of even
the most reticent individuals. As a result, the Mobile Medical Group
has maintained an ongoing professional affiliation with Cherryl
that has extended to our satellite offices outside of Michigan.
Several of our staff members have engaged Cherryl for personal coaching.
If I can be of any further assistance to you as you investigate
what Hidden Treasures coaching and Training has to offer your organization,
please don't hesitate to call me at 248-353-1155.

When
I reflect back on our coaching session and the last year, I believe
the greatest benefit is that through our coaching sessions I learned
to dream without boundaries and believe the impossible or impractical
really can become reality and work toward my higher good. I took
the goals/dreams that I outlined doing our coaching sessions and
made a "Treasure Map", which serves as a daily visual
reminder of what my "ideal life" looks like. As my coach
you helped me to shift my focus from success to service. I now realize
that real success means creating a life of meaning through service
that fulfills my "purpose" for being here.
As I previously mentioned, you were more than a coach. You served
in a broad role (i.e. informal mentor/guide, business advisor, sounding
board, spiritual advisor). As I move in the direction of my dreams,
others have definitely noticed a difference and they now provide
additional support and encouragement.
I wish you the best in your new role as managing Editor, Coaching.
God Bless!

“When I first started working with Cherryl as my career and personal development coach, I had resigned from a very unsatisfactory employer, I had no direction on what to do next, and lacked a great deal of self-confidence. After just one month of coaching from Cherryl, I had a work plan in place for my career goals, and a renewal of self-respect and appreciation for myself. Currently, not only do I now have a college certification in Human Resources Management, but I also work for a prestigious university in the department of Human Resources Strategy & Planning. I’m so glad the Lord blessed me by putting Cherryl Thames in my life.”

You
helped me identify where my interests and strengths lie. What is
my ideal life. What am I suppose to do and remain committed to my
quality of life. You helped me understand my options as they related
to my areas of interest and avenues to explore. You are like my
Small Business Consultant who showed me the steps to take. The biggest
challenge was that you helped me to:
~ Focus
~ Prioritize
~ Understand networking: who I need and how to pursue the opportunities
as I plan my week
~ Stay spiritually focused
And, you have been that constant provider for me. You fill so many
roles on my Magic Circle of "10".
